This is a very special year for Les amis des chats because the association will be 10 years old, and that's worth celebrating! Come and join us for an aperitif in the shop in Roquecor on our birthday, Sunday the 14th of March at 11 o'clock to toast the success and the future of Les amis des chats.
We are starting to get messages of congratulation on our first ten years: here is just one we thought we should share with you:
SNIP International sends congratulations and all best wishes to Les Amis Des Chats on the important milestone of its tenth anniversary. SNIP International protects stray and feral cats and dogs by promoting neutering programmes overseas - in particular by donating specialist equipment; and in its work with cats has been liaising with LADC for many years. LADC's understanding of the regulations and mores applying to such work in France has made it an inspiring model across the country.
SNIP International is also pleased to acknowledge the extensive contribution of one of the LADC members to its own website and promotional activities. The welfare of many freeliving cats and kittens across the world has directly benefited from this connection.

A Message from our President
The Adoption Centre established and equipped by Les amis des chats (aided by the RSPCA and The Blue Cross) at 82190 Miramont de Quercy has now been handed over at her request to the management and complete control of Lynn Stone.
In order to ensure the continuous care of the cats at the Centre, LADC has donated all cages, equipment, and supplies (a list is available to members on request) on the understanding (as specified by the RSPCA) that they will not be utilised for commercial use. We understand that all the cats that were in the centre at the time of the transfer have now been found new homes.
We thank Lynn and her team for the work and help they have given cats and LADC over the years.
