How you can help
As a registered charity, we rely mainly on the generosity and kindness of the public to enable us to go on caring for cats and kittens. All the services we provide are financed through memberships, donations, fund raising activities, corporate sponsorships and grants.
We can only continue with the support of people like you and there are many ways in which you can help:
Support us
- Become a member
- Offer a donation
- Take out pet insurance! Visit www.vetplan.eu, buy a policy quoting LA2021, and they will give 10€ to “Les amis des chats” for every policy that you buy.
- Sponsor an event, newsletter, or provide general sponsorship and in return receive publicity for your business.
- Come along to one of our many events or stalls
- Visit our shops in Beauville and Roquecor
- You can also help tremendously by not throwing away anything we can resell in our shops. We'd love to have good quality saleable items, from books to clothes, toys to unwanted gifts, please send them or bring them to the shop, or contact us for more information.
- Offer to hold a fund raising event or market stall on behalf of Les amis des chats - e-mail our events co-ordinator on evenements.ladc@gmail.com with your suggestions. Offer prizes for events and tombolas, or even just come up with brilliant fund-raising ideas!
Work with us
Become a Volunteer with Les amis des chats association. We're always looking for willing members to help out with one of the many administrative functions associated with running a growing charity. Just send us an email or call, we'd be delighted to welcome you on board.
We would like to thank everyone who has helped the association, particularly those who've helped with the trapping and care of the feral cats, those who have had their cats neutered, and those who have helped financially.
