S.P.A. in Montauban A refuge for strays and unwanted animals, they struggle to do the best they can with very few resources - they need your help too!   Liberté des Anes is a registered charity started at the end of 2009 to ensure the welfare of donkeys in need. We are situated in the Tarn-et-Garonne department of southwest France on a refuge of 11 hectares of pasture land dotted with stone barns and wooden field shelters to protect the animals from sun, cold and rain. |
